My names Charles, I'm 26 years old and enough is enough. My body currently is based off of my (overcome) drug addiction. Now, I see the light. My life's new habit is making my body be what it should be. Not continuing to destroy it. I will do this for me, and my family. I'm 255 Ibs, I should be 180. Now let me begin. Who wants to journey together?

    Good for you! I have 52 lbs to lose and have a ton of motivation right now to restore my body to health. I commend you! We can do this!
