No but I like it on salad and broccoli. It does nothing for weight loss.

Nope. If there were a shortcut like this, no one would be over weight.

I just started. One t spoon of Apple cider, a little bit of honey and water. My friend's friend lost a lot of weight drinking that every morning on empty stomach.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but it does sod all for weight loss. However, it's fantastic in BBQ pulled pork.

I drink it for probiotic benefits.

I doubt it's particularly effective for weight loss.

My father used to drink this and add it to soups, etc. I would put my nose into the bottle and tease him that it smelled like horse pee. Interestingly, now I drink it most every morning. Maybe a teaspoon full, plus a bit of lemon juice and honey. I find it goes great with my morning toast, peanut butter and jam. My theory is that it lowers cholestorel. Happy drinking to you all!

I love apple cider vinegar. It has probiotics and for me it does slow down my appetite a bit.

It curbs my hunger a bit. It also helps with acid reflux for me. I really think it's a healthy addition. But it doesn't "cause" weight loss. Of course if you find it curbs your appetite it can help.

I have also heard that it lowers morning blood sugar levels for diabetics if taken before bed and lowers blood sugar levels after meals. Not large studies and this reference isn't the best but for what it is worth.
