Mine are still unclear, which is odd because I'm generally very goal oriented.
Lose a couple inches around the waist, gain a few around everything else...
I'm also thinking I want to deadlift twice my body weight.

My goal just to get back in shape like before I'm pregnant . right now I feel like I'm in someone else body that I'm not happy about it at all lol I want my body back and I just started but I been working so hard on it. Plus I got health issues due to lack of exercise and ate junk foods and I hope I can do it this time . I'm sick of being sick and fat !0

Sub 1:22 half marathon
Sub 3:20:00 marathon
Sub 5:00:00 50k (31mi)
Sub 10:00:00 100k (62mi)
Run 100mi race
Run the local 24hr race next year. Yes run for 24hrs straight.0 -
At the moment it's to complete my first half marathon in may. After that, who knows!0

To complete my first 5k in May, and continue to make fitness goals to go along with mt weight loss goals. I dont want to just focus on my scale but how I feel as well.0
