    I figure skated for 50 minutes. It's usually a big burn but I didn't count it since I felt like I didn't work super hard

    Lifted weights, focusing on arms, back and chest. Also core work. I have no idea how many calories I burned. But I did eat icecream over and above my calorie goal. So probably whatever the icecream was worth.

    16,905 steps and Fitbit tells me I burned 1742 calories. This includes 90 floors climbed and some running.

    Male 6'2'' and 239 lbs. I think this is a big over calculation.

    @JoshuaMcAllister Hope you can get in some hill runs soon. My favorite runs are high up in the mtns. Colorado 14ers are out of this world. Highly recommend it if you have a chance during a summer.

    Indoor dumbbell shoulder session comprising of seated shoulder press, seated Arnold press, front raises/side raises supersets, reverse flyes and upright rows. Took me approx. 45-50 minutes and I have no idea how many calories it burned!
