Protein snacks

I need some ideas for high protein snacks that have at least 10g protein (20g or less carbs and under 200 calories). I have food allergies that keep me from eating peanuts, tree nuts and anything soy. Looking for easy things to take to work for a snack and after workouts.

I've grown to love the Aldi brand of plain Greek non fat yogurt (23g protein!) But need some more variety!
