I figure skated for 50 minutes. It's usually a big burn but I didn't count it since I felt like I didn't work super hard0

Lifted weights, focusing on arms, back and chest. Also core work. I have no idea how many calories I burned. But I did eat icecream over and above my calorie goal. So probably whatever the icecream was worth.0
