Vegetarian looking for good beans/legumes recipes

I am vegetarian (well actually pescetarian), but would like to reduce and eventually cut out my fish/shellfish protein. I have started to incorporate more tofu in my diet, and I do eat eggs, but as of late I have cut out dairy. I know I could do well for my protein intake and even my satiety (as I feel I am hungry a lot) if I turned towards beans/legumes..so here I am.

I need some good recipes. There are not really any beans or legumes I have had that I don't like. I also do like spicy stuff or non spicy stuff. Only request is that the beans don't turn out overly dry. I prefer to use dried beans but will use frozen (or fresh if I ever find them) and canned (if necessary).
