    Today's goals are to stay within my 1200 cals, walk 10,000 steps and no wine/alcohol (empty calories).

    So far so good.

    Kept to my goals yesterday. 1065 cals, 10,000 steps and no alcohol! Doing same goals for today.

    3/22/16: 161.2 - down, but not enough!! Week two will be better!

    I lost 7 lbs last week. Maybe it's because it was my first week of getting serious. I keep a calorie log every day. A few times I've gone over (like today) and a few days I"ve been under, but I'm doing well. I still eat enough calories for health and for weight loss.
