Anyone doing "Eat to Perform" or something similar?

Instead of doing calorie restrictions and having less energy in the gym, I'm trying to just eat a lot of good food to file my workouts. I tried it before and I was doin well but I got lazy and stopped. I've also done strict paleo to lean out and it works great but I didn't think it was sustainable and I lacked energy on certain days. If anyone does this type of diet or is interested add me so we can help each other out!

    I did paleo for a while, now I have zone meals. I feel like paleo shouldn't be 100% but 80/20. Eating to perform is definitely important but I haven't learned too much about it yet

    I just started Eat to Perform and I already feel better. I was strict pales before and wasn't getting enough carbs - now I'm on the right track!

    Struggle with my weight so Joined ETP last night. . Looking at my eating plan and a little worried at how much carbs is being recommended as well as the calorie increase. .Read good reviews so fingers crossed.

    I love ETP but tweak it depending upon my workout. If I'm lifting heavy (3x per week), I follow the plan. If I'm all about cardio or MMA I keep it light and lower the carbs, fat and overall calories.
