Help me sleeeeep!!

Really need to fall asleep but I've been lay in the dark for 90 mins and I'm wide awake!! Someone help :(

    Melintonin. I thinks that's how you spell it! It's a natural supplement that makes you fall asleep. Take 30 min before bed :)

    It works for me because I'm a PSW on shift work. My sleep cycle is off. I have trouble sleeping too! But the natural supplements help! Good luck :)

    Yes melatonin!! Try a hot shower/bath about an hour before bed. No tv, phone or computer before bed. Yoga and meditation is good too. I feel your pain!

    Do you do low carb/no carb? That can interfere with sleep. Carbs at supper can help you get hormonally ready for sleep.
