Is there a way to have my fitness pal give you quick easy foods, menu items, and recipes based on your calories and micronutrient goals?

No, MFP was not designed that way. You may not have food allergies or sensitivities, but other users might. You might live in the US, other users may live in Europe, Asia, Australia, etc. You may eat out a lot, other users may cook most of their food at home. There are just too many variables for a single online program, that was designed to track Calories and nutrients for users worldwide, to provide recommendations for a specific user.

For easy logging, MFP has a recipe blog. You can click on the "Log It" button to have the recipes automatically logged for you.

Why won't you tell me what to do?!

The closest place I could think of to this would be My Fridge Food that takes what you have in house and tells you what you can make. I'd take something from there it suggests and throw it into the MFP recipe builder because some of that stuff is scary.
