I LOVE walking. Next to yoga, It's the easiest exercise to fit into my day and motivate myself to get up and do. Plus, it's my favorite way to work out the lactic acid from the prior day's workout. Count me in!!!!0

So today I took the dog in a one hour walk. She really kept up. I used a front Latching harness so that helped control her. I'll have to find my Fitbit so I can start logging steps.0

I have a fitbit and it helps me to keep moving.
I tend to walk more on the days my daughter is in school, I usually go for a walk after I park the car at school in the afternoon and it is much easier to do things without her
Yesterday I managed to walk, even with her home sick (I am in Australia, it is morning of the second here)0 -
1st April - 10359 steps, 6.22 km.
I live in England, so the day is nearly over. The challenge has worked its magic. I came back from shopping and instead of flopping in front of the TV I went out for another walk to photo some lambs I had seen on the way home.
Won't be able to walk this number of steps every day though.0 -

A total of 15 minutes walking to ballfield to practice with my daughter. Too bad standing doesn't count, as I stood for about 45 minutes! The walk at the park includes inclines! I really need to remember to use my pedometer and count my steps daily.0
