by eating right, do you mean weighing and logging your food and cutting calories?

How long have you been eating right and exercising? I have a thyroid problem so I finall had to accept that I need to put in a lot more effort to lose weight than i used to. So today is only day two for me of exercising and staying in the suggested calorie range so I am not discouraged yet but I understand how medicne can make it more difficult to lose weight.

Depends on the kind of meds you're on. For my meds, I have to eat a lower carb diet and I still lose slow. But once I found out that was the issue it made s difference. Talk to your dr.
