New friends (not too much to lose)

Hi all,

Looking for new friends. I'd love some friends with similar goals (or unsimilar is fine too) so we can cheer eachother on. I exercise daily. I try to eat mostly healthy, but I add in some indulgences too.

I have a huge problem with not consuming enough water. I know it's very important. I just hate how it makes me feel (full/bloated). That being said, I am doing my best to fight past that feeling and drink at least 60 oz per day. My exercise usually consists of either jogging, walking, or biking. I'm also going to try to start using some small weights to tone up my arms.

So, I have 11 lbs to lose and if anyone would like to join me, I'd love it! Just send me a friend request and I'll approve it.

Oh, and please only add me if you have an open diary. I like being able to see what my friends are eating to get ideas and stuff :). My diary is open to friends.

    Hey Jill, first of all best wishes for your healthy life... You are on right track of fitness.. Just a intro I'm Neel lives in Dallas .... Work in gym 5-6 days a week... Work hard to be in shape also in kitchen too... Looking to gain the muscular body soon... How are you?
