    I've been losing weight for a while now, but this last bit has been harder than the rest. After a lot of research, I have new knowledge and new motivation. I'm more determined than ever to get through the weight loss and on to maintenance! No turning back!

    After a long, grueling winter, I'm finally back exercising every day! I didn't exercise for most of the winter because a lot of things about the season, as well as some bad news I received, caused me to be severely depressed during this time. Since it's started to warm up, though, I've been feeling much happier, more energetic and more motivated. I don't know exactly from what day, but I've been exercising for about 3 weeks, now. I've already lost a kilo from when I started. I'm hoping to lose half a kilo more by Tuesday, which is my usual photo day, but it's not really looking good for me, unfortunately. I've just started and I'm already plateauing T^T Not fair... Well, anyway, I'm back, now. I'm hoping to implement some other midterm goals, but for my long-term goal, I'm hoping to lose the rest of the weight (15.5 kg) by the end of the year.

    It's good to be back! :D

    I'm trying to return to a healthful diet and add more exercise to my life. My challenge is dealing with chronic pain, which has gotten more manageable over the last 18 mo. but still affects me daily.

    My goal for the month is 137 which is the lowest I have been in my adult life. I'm only five pounds away. I think I should have no problems reaching that since I lost almost 15 pounds last month.
