I'm looking for friends to chat about their day and stresses of everyday life that cause us to eat. I am that stress eater. I'm wanting to lose 30 lbs but being 46 years old and in a high stress and it ain't easy but it is possible I've lost 18lbs so far in the first month.

Way to go on your 18lbs loss so far. That's pretty impressive for one month. Please feel free to add me. I do have a little bit more weight than you to lose

I did have help with the 18 lbs... Thyroid and HBP meds helped with the water weight I think but I'll take what I can get. Lol.... I saw your loss is 36 lbs that's great.

Wow! 18 lbs in a month is wonderful. Most diet plans suggest losing anywhere from 1/2 lb to 2 lbs per month depending on your height/weight. I've lost 20 lbs so far and keeping on keeping on. :)
