Logging Exercise

I just did Week 1, Day 1 of the C25K and I am wondering how I log this? Please help. It kicked my butt.

    I started week 2 this week- I've just been logging it as walking 4.0 even tho I'm going faster than that. I just plug the calories burned from off the treadmill. Curious to see if thats what others are doing as well.
