    (OK, 'muffins' are anything but paleo, but these were mostly egg, apple, nuts, and just a little almond meal to hold them together...175 calories each and they keep me out of coffee shops and bakeries!)

    It's been a great Monday so far:

    Water heater exploded....then my basement flooded
    My beautiful granddaughter threw up on my couch, and the carpet, and me
    My adobe acrobat crapped out at 9 am, and I have had to restart 4 times to get my work done
