    When I started on here so long ago; ok 13 days but it feels like forever without what I use to eat.

    My reply got cut off again. Its must be human error because this is twice but always I'm here for any support you need. I will send you a friend request. Since being on here and finding supportive people, I have stuck to this diet thing for the first time. I have ALOT if pounds to go but I believe we all can do it if we have a helping hand.
