Kinda new but need friends/motivation/tips

Hi I used MFP before but quit. I started back again and have been on here for about 3 weeks. I'm finding I'd rather not do this on my own so I need friends and encouragement.

    I am kind of new I didn't know i could go online and find people. Its alot easier to lose weight when you have some support and people doing the same thing, I will be your friend
