20 Pounds by 4th of July 2016!

I'm thinking losing 20 pounds by 4th of July is definitely an attainable goal! Some of us just finished the 20 pounds by Easter Challenge (congrats if you made your goal!) and maybe fell a little short. Don't give up! Join this challenge!

20 lbs less is pretty much exactly where I want to be for my goal weight. I know if may take longer than the 4th of July though. I only lost 15 lbs during the 20 lbs by Easter challenge. But that is 15 lbs that are gone still! I'm still very happy with that!
PS: I usually weigh in on Thursdays now.6 -

I'm glad you joined!!! 15 pounds lost is AWESOME! That's about how much I lost also. I loved having some accountability, so I wanted to do another challenge. I might not make 20 by the 4th, but I'm gonna try like hell! ;-)0 -

I will join but I will admit I am slow fat loser...averaging about a half pound a week. I might lose 10lbs over the next 90 days.
I am on day 2 of the South Beach Diet Phase I. I badly needed a "Reset" as I was craving pizza and crackers all of the time. No Joke, some days I would eat pizza twice a day, and sometimes we'd have pizza two or three times a week.
