Incline Trainer?

What is this and is it worth it? Looking to purchase a machine and I'm confused.

    It's a treadmill that can incline to about 40% (most traditional treadmills only do about15%)

    Ah for some reason I was picturing a bowlex with an incline set up.

    online reviews aren't good, seems to have a lot of issues. Most regular treadmills will incline to 20% which is pretty tough to maintain anyway with much better reliability

    You have a good point here. I'd love to hear of a good treadmill Or elliptical that someone purchased and is happy with. Anyone?
