Fitbit not syncing

I did for a few days last week. is it recognising any steps or none at all? mine would take ages to sync and then it wouldn't sync all my steps. it was very frustrating. i double checked my timezones were both right, then disconnected the fitbit, waited 5 minutes and connected them again. it took a couple of attempts but it worked eventually. hope that helps.

i had to unsync from both mfp and fitbit and then readd them and it worked.
