COMMENTS: Yesterday was the day that my prayers were answered, I saw 199.4 on the scale! It was a happy day, for sure!! Today I was up a little bit, but I'm very hopeful that in the next day or two, I WILL see onederland again. I've given myself a exciting reward to aim for when I get to 180 so I'm super motivated to get there. Have a great week!

Great job everyone. Most everyone is posting, logging and doing great with your weight loss goals!
For those of you, however, who feel like your life has stalled out or your weight loss is going nowhere, maybe you have been in a time of distillation. A time where you body is getting cleaned out and extracting out the all the old stuff. This may just be a particular test and necessary in finding and understanding the essence of who you are. Now is the time! Let's go forward with greater efficiency because of this valuable process.

I'm working out over an hour a day, keeping w/in my calorie count, drinking lots of water, and the pounds just really aren't coming off. I'm pretty sure my body isn't cleaning itself out, but hopefully the weight is distributing itself into muscles. Anyway, thanks for helping me to keep going!0
