I reached my goal weight today!! :bigsmile:

I am 135. ( a healthy, fit and strong 135 with an athletic resting heart rate now!):glasses:


On September 6, 2007 I started at 270 lbs. And I have lost 135 lbs to REACH 135 lbs.

So, I have lost myself!!!:noway: :noway:

Just keep on, keepin on everyone!!! Treat your body right and it WILL reward you!!!

    What an awesome feeling that must be! Congratulations. It's so good to know that with patience and perserverance we can change our bodies AND our minds. We just have to trust that if we do that work, we will be rewarded!

    THAT IS AMAZING. honestly an inspiration. My whole family struggles with their weight and we are all trying to get healthy together. i am going to share your story with them so that they realize it won't happen instantly but perseverance can make it happen! Thank you!
