Today was quite cold so 7000 steps were outside and the other 3000 was inside on the treadmill that I haven't used in at least three years. If it had not been for this challenge, I would have never done that!0

I didn't do any walking today because for one I missed working out this morning, two the weather is bad and three I don't know what I did to my foot yesterday but its been hurting all day. I am going for it tomorrow though0

Happy to be here. Starting out slow this month. Ate something that made super sick overnight. Went from 8500 steps a day to 2008 today plus a low grade fever, dang it! Love the running blog today. Inspiring.

I usually average about 10,000 steps or more a day. This month is off to a slow start but today is a new day!
