i cant feel my body! sweat pouring from my head and ultimately i walk in the kitchen and my partner bursts out laughing due to the disheveled mess ive become haha0

When your feel it in your arms when your brushing your teeth!!0

I get home and I am super energetic. I start cleaning and go grocery shopping, etc. Being super sweaty is a sure sign, too.0

When you have sweat stains on your clothes in every place imaginable and they continue to form even when you are done!!!!! (under the boobs, down your back, down your stomach, inner thighs, chest,.....) Gotta love it!!!!!!0

This happens to me, when I transition from weights into cardio, i.e. burpees, plank jacks, mountain climbers...etc. I love it because I know I am working my *kitten* off! :happy:0 -

I work out in my office gym which is downstairs, the only exit is upstairs. I know I've had a good work out when for a second I think, 'I could sleep in the gym and not bother with the stairs' but I can push myself to jog up the two flights of stairs and do a fist pump at the top because I'm awesome.0

When your shirt is so full of sweat that the only part that isn't wet is the outline of your bra. Also when you step off the treadmill you can barely walk!0

Hey, I lost 80lbs while on aerobic exercise 105 minutes 3 times a week plus a low carb diet. Then I stopped loosing 4 months ago when I stopped food journal. Evev gained 5 lbs. Then I found My Fitness Pal. This will help me loose weight as I control my eating.YES!!!!! Now weigh 250lbs........will go down to 205lbs.0
