all body shaping exercises are so difficult and all videos on YouTube are for professionals .
My body is awful and I shame of it
Can some body help me do simple workouts so I can do

There are a lot of great beginner workouts for toning, just google it! The best workouts aren't always on YouTube, a lot of great ones are hidden in personal blogs, so just google the workouts you're looking for and I bet you'll find something you can use. I'd try Pinterest too, a lot of good stuff floating around there for beginners.0

try a modified version of each exercise. the stronger you get, you will be able to do it. just keep pushing.

Try FitnessBlender. Their workouts are tough but they offer easier, lower impact moves. Even if you can't finish a workout, start it and do all that you can. You WILL get better. Something is always better than nothing.0
