I started my weight loss journey last year, and I'm down roughly 30 pounds so far. Just downloaded this app to help track my progress. Could always use new motivation!

    I lost some weight before I got serious with the app. The hardest part for me was logging in seriously honest foods. I am on a fixed income and don't have money to spend on little extras. But once I was serious about my foods, I was able to follow the app. I also had to play with the fat/carbs/protein ratios to better fit me. Then it was all about shrinking my portion size!! Also tips and encouragement from my doctor.
    Oh, and after 6 months I was able to do a little fitness training with a friend who has weights and equipment in her home. So then I had a buddy to do it with!!
