Hello fellow calorie counters :)

i have been on MFP for a long time, however i just had a gastric sleeve surgery on March 1. I am looking to connect with people who are excited about a healthier life style :) motivation and friends make this so much easier :)

    Hi! I just had gastric sleeve surgery on 3/28. I'm looking for the same type of connection as you and totally agree - motivation and friends make this MUCH easier. Do you mind if I ask how much weight you've lost since your surgery? My post-op appointment is Thursday so I'll know then...

    Hi Cindy!!! Congrats on your surgery. Its an amazing life change. First off remember everyone is different when it comes to weight loss. However since March 1, I have lost 30.2 lbs. My best advice.... Water water water and protein protein protein. Also... I know it hurts but walk!!!! It will make things so much easier :). Let me know your results!!!! Good luck :)
