You look amazing! What type of calorie deficit where you at? What were your macros set at? Did you limit your calories or also eat clean?0

calorie deficit was 500 but depended on what i was doing exercise wise. macros were 40/20/40. i was eating clean. big breakfast which took a bit to get used to because i never ate breakfast before.0
