    Challenge Completed. Did 50, made my bed, then did the last 50. Really felt the burn on the quads. I'm gonna show my mom this exercise, she's looking for body weight exercises.

    Done. Did today's challenge along with Monday's and Tuesday's and made into a little circuit.

    I am IN! I just joined MFP a month or so ago, and loving it so far. I didn't even realize there's a social aspect to it! I've got a sprained foot in a boot right now, so these challenges might be a great alternative while I'm healing! Thanks for posting!
