Hi. I had surgery a few weeks ago and am mainly supposed to sit or rest for a few more weeks. No lifting anything over 5-8 lbs, limit walking, and no exercise at all (not even swimming). Ugh! So, I'm focusing mostly on nutrition.

I just successfully finished the "20 Pounds by Easter 2016!" challenge/thread. So I'll start here, now.
This goal sounds very possible for me if I'm able to keep my motivation - although it also sounds a bit challenging. (I'd be ok with losing 20 lbs by July.) I'll give this a shot, because a stretch goal may help me keep my focus. In my mind, I'm going to shoot for Memorial Day (May 30) simply because holidays/landmarks make it easier to remember. (whenever my friends or family mention the holiday/landmark, I'm reminded of the weight loss challenge!)

This challenge is especially exciting for me because 179.9 is the lowest weight I got to when losing weight before. I'm bummed that I put weight back on, but excited to get back to that healthier, more energetic, and smaller feeling again!
So... Update: My last couple weeks haven't been great... I finally figured out that I've been under eating (really emotional and lethargic, most of the day) So I'm going to bump up my calorie goal and switch to a challenge aiming for July. I think I could probably still make this goal, but I've decided it wouldn't be healthy for me at this point.
