Honestly? Threads like this. Look for threads in the Introduce Yourself forum as well, or search for "baby weight" and "pregnancy weight" threads.
Here are a few threads that came up. Poach the people who replied in them if you want to. Make sure to tell them why you're sending a Friend's Request. Some people (myself included) find random blank FRs odd.

Hey I'm trying to lose my baby weight too. He's nearly 3 months and although I'm not in a rush to lose weight, I really really need to start eating healthy and exercise more. It's just sometimes i reeeally can't be arsed! Lol. It's easy to reach for packet of biscuits and stay in all day. So making an effort to be more active and cut out the junk food xx0
