I love maanchi. Also look up crazy Korean cooking. They have a good web site but Maanchi's videos are the best. We had Korean tonight for dinner0 -

How much love can we give Maangchi!? She's the best! Cucumber Kim chi is my favorite, veggie Kim bap is awesome, rice cakes stew is amazing, basically Korean food is amazing.0

Maangchi has a good recipe for kimchi bokkeumbap. I too love kimchi (I'm sure that's a surprise to no one.)0

Bibimbop, with or without egg (depending on if you're vegan or not). Annie Chung's Gochujang sauce is vegetarian.0
