Hi, my profile picture is what I looked like 12 months ago. I have since put on 20lbs and I feel disgusted! As a dance teacher image is important! I am getting married in August so I have 4 months to get back in shape. Wish me luck!

    You're probably still not overweight, but I understand how you feel, as a person who used to be 20 pounds heavier. Best wishes to you and your spouse-to-be!
