Oh boy Im in. Its going to take dedication. Im going to do my best to say no to treats. Im a sucker for treats when being offered but, i will say no to every treat until May 30th. Hoping to loose 2lbs per week while doing weight training and cardio as well as having proper eating habits. I can do this !!

I am new to all of this. I have been tracking for one week. I am in!
I am 5'8" and 167lbs.
Need to be 152 by May 30th.
So far the hardest part is having any energy to get the workout in. I can eat well pretty easily, but I have a four month old waking up every 30 minutes right now for some reason! Gotta get this done though because I feel horrible! I want to feel good again.

I'm failing miserabley this week. Stress eating ice cream at night is killing me. Thank God for the working out, I'm not gaining, but I don't see myself loosing more than a pound come mondays weigh in.0

I recently lost about 40 pounds and I hope to lose about 20 more but I'm having trouble staying committed -- I haven't been as diligent at logging food and exercising these past couple months. I'm working towards my undergrad degree at the moment and I'll be graduating in May but I've been overrating and a couch potato lately because of all the stress. Hopefully this challenge will help me jumpstart my weight loss again!!

This week has gone well so far! I've asked my husband to hide the scale from me though, because I've been weighing myself too often. And getting irrationally discouraged at fluctuations from day to day. BUT, I haven't had any soda (diet coke is my weakness) and I've tracked everything! Hoping for a loss on Sunday.2

Ok I have lost a total of three pounds so far. I have been working out now 5 days in a row and eating clean for 12. Dairy free (I'm allergic anyways) and low carb. High protein, fiber, fat. Except yesterday...... We won't talk about that bag of chips3
