200 ARM CIRCLES

Here’s how to do them:

If you’ve been doing these for a while, add weights. If you are already using weights, try to kick it up a notch! Be sure to brag when you’re done! Great for round shoulders. Break them up. Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles. It doesn’t matter. Just get moving. Tell us what you did! You do not need to do theses all at one time break them up through out the day.

    I'm in. I'll try to break them up as to direction and with the arms to the sides or in front as in the video.

    I have done at least 200 - truly lost count after 150 but keep going as these are easy enough for me

    Challenge Completed. No rest all 200 at once, 100 forward, 100 backwards. Around 169 was when it started to really feel nice and warm in my shoulders. I love these daily challenges by the way. :)
