Finding the focus again!

I have had a very long engagement due to my finances deployment. While he was deployed I did really well working out and eating healthy, but when he got back in February everything went out the window. We have been celebrating his return with friends and family and have been drinking, going out to eat, spending nights snuggled up together with chips and salsa with a bottle of wine etc. I didn't workout for the first 3 weeks he was home since all I wanted to do was be next to him. HOWEVER i am getting hit with the harsh reality that my wedding is a mere 37 days away and I am not in the shape I wanted to be in for my wedding! The past two weeks have been hit or miss. I'll do well working out and eating heathy some days, but then it seems like there's always an event that throws me off track:getting drinks with friends, birthday celebrations, marine corps events etc. and I always end up just letting loose and eating too much and drinking too much. I need to find that focus that I used to have and stop falling off the wagon! I'd love support, motivation, and most importantly effective tips for losing weight fast! My goal is to lose between 9 and 13 pounds in the next 37 days!

Lots of walking and water, cut out the salt as well. Salt only helps you retain water weight. Keep lunches light. Keep salad dressings to a minimum. Lots of whole grains. Only lean meats such as turkey, chicken and fish. That is my only suggestion. Also rice is full of carbohydrates... My doctor told me that pasta and rice and white bread is a big no no if you want to lose weight.
