    I only take vitamin d since blood work shows I am significantly deficient in it.

    Magnesium, Calcium, Fish Oil, sometimes Iron. I'm lazy though and don't always do it.

    I take 325 mg ferrous sulfate (an iron sup) as directed by my general physician for labs that came back showing iron-deficient anemia

    I just take a multivitamin as insurance against any possible deficiency, not because of any known deficiency.

    Beyond that, I'll do protein shakes or bars when my day is otherwise light on the protein.
