So I was wondering specifics about maintaining a healthy pregnancy how many calories, foods, weight, etc I need and if this app has a setting or anything specifically for pregnancy

I don't think MFP has a pregnancy setting, but really the amount of calories you need to add are not huge. I'd ask your doctor, but what my doctor said was that I should eat what I normally eat during the first tri (if I could. I had horrible morning sickness with both of mine), and could add 300-400 calories a day for the second and third trimester. However, I was already fat.

I asked if it was ok not to gain and was told that was a bad idea. My doc said that even if you are overweight you should still gain weight while pregnant. He suggested no more than 20lbs for me since I was already overweight.

Honestly, my best advice is treat it like no big deal. Stick to the 80/20 rule where 80% of what you eat is healthy and 20% is treats, take your prenatals, and try to just enjoy being pregnant. You'll only be pregnant a couple times in your life so don't stress. The weight does come off afterwards.

    Good Luck and congratulations.

    Last reply sounds spot on.

My wife loved being pregnant and misses it, so enjoy.

Regards health and fitness pretty much do what you've always done. Don't back off too much, equally it's not the time to start competitive power lifting. Diet wise similar. Don't over complicate it, enjoy what you normally do but don't let it be an excuse to pig out.
    All the best
