    5'8 180 ish. I fluctuate. Lol! Down from 225. My mom is 4'9". Most of my family on her side is small. I feel so out of place. My husband is 6' so in heels (when I'm brave enough to stand in them" I'm about eye to eye. Add me too!

    5'10"+ and my goal weight is 190

    I have been maintaining around 210 for quite a while. I started at 300.

    I have some very serious health problems and a crazy-low BMI, so I eat 1200-1400 even though I am very active.

    Hi tallies! I'm 6'1" and I'm presently 198 with a goal weight of 180. Aubintex like you I have a large frame and big feet (13). I'm eating about 1450-1500 cal per day. How's your 1200 cal/day efforts going?

    im 5'11 weigh 241 started at 266 january 13 i eat 1200 calories lose 2 pounds every week have not been able to do much exercise because of surgery a while back walk on sundays only 20 minutes goal weight 160 love this site seem so easy to lose just by counting calories

    My calorie goal is 1200 at the moment, and I usually end up eating right around 1300. I workout 6x/week, about an hour each day. I've lost 25lb since 1/5/16 and I am keeping up with my goals because I HAVE HAD IT with being overweight and want to be back at a reasonable weight by the time I turn 50 next year.
