Motivated and working on losing g 30lbs...

My name os Sean and I'm working out 90 minutes a day either at the gym or practicing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I am currently consuming just under 2,000 calories/day while exercising 5 days a week. My current weight is 186lbs and my optimal weight is 155lbs. I should be able to reach my goal safely in 3-4 months.
