    you can eat literally any food and get thin - just eat at a calorie deficit.

    EDIT: Too enthusiastic there. Haha. I eat a high fat, low carb diet and occasionally drink BPC. I don't follow a specific plan.

    Jillian Michael's actually did an interview with him on her recent podcast and he really glossed over the idea of calorie reduction to lose weight. In his opinion as long as you are eating healthy fats, you won't eat as much because you are full. After she hung up with him she kept going about how important watching calories for weight loss. It was an interesting segment.

    I have seen many, not all, low carbers agree with this. They just find it impossible to overeat because they are always satisfied.
