I've counted calories and watch the eating habits. But far beyond eating healthy as of staying active during work, school, and life. I have lost ten pounds and gained it back on during rest days without eating cheat on the diet. How does losing weight have an increase? I've worked my *kitten* off losing body fat instead of weight and it worked. I got on fat burning diet pills worked out very very smoothly without any hassle. To mention I don't look like 297lbs but have noticed a difference losing body fat and gaining muscle mass has a change.
