This is a big part of what it is for me. But it's also therapy to me as well and more.
As I get older I realize more and more the importance of fitness. Unlike the material things in our lives (possessions) or the temporary things (e.g. one's job) fitness has real meaning and real value.
Our fitness also influences (models for) those around us and I want to be that positive influence on my family and friends.0 -
A way to make and keep my body healthy and strong and put my mind at peace.1
