Yes!!!
1. Set oven to 425 degrees
2. Process cauliflower in a food processor to yield 1 and 1/2 cups . Cook in the microwave for 6 minutes and then wring out the access water using cheese cloth.
3. Add 1/4 cup egg beaters and 1/4 cup low fat mozzarella to the cauliflower
4. On a cooking sheet lay down some wax paper or tin foil or you don't have to use either but spray it with Pam
5. Spread the cauliflower mixture into a small circle or square
6. Bake for 20 min
7. Take out of the oven and flip it for another 5 to 10 min
8. Take out of oven and add your desired toppings ( Rao's marinara sauce is one of the lowest carb sauces out there)
9. Place back in the oven for another 5 min0 -
