I would love to join. I set my goal at 10,000/day. Some days, I'm over with no problem. Others not even close. Is it best to do an average/lower step goal? Not lost any weight, as it sits now.0

I find its best to start with a goal that is achievable but not too difficult. When I am struggling I will drop my goal by 1000 or 2000. And I often focus on my monthly average so that I can have an occasional low step count day.
And you can always increase your goal later if you want to.0 -
