Hints to increase fibre on low carb diet

does anyone have suggestions on how to boost fibre on a low carb diet? Im eating berries and chia at breakfast and lots of veg at noon and for dinner, but I still come up short on the fibre....

    Chia seeds and flax seed are the best options. Chia has like 2 or grams of net carbs and flax seed actually has zero. So, if I feel the need for more fiber, I put 2 tbs of flax seed in a smoothie that morning to boost my fiber. But, I don't do that every day since I don't want my carb count to get too ridiculously high since I eat a lot of broccoli and spinach already.
