I am excited while i am on track to reach my goal have not made it yet but thia is the 1st time in 15 years i am under 300 lbs 298.5 i am sticking to calorie intake suggested on app with maybe 1 cheat day a week and even on that day i dont get crazy anout what i eat

Awesome job! The normal maintenance days help keep your hormones stable too, and set you up great for the deficit days. I stopped calling them "cheat" because they are actually normal eating days that you body needs. Keep up the awesome work!0
